If you have questions about this agreement, please contact WTCBUY customer service before registering. If you do not agree with any term, you should stop registration and stop using WTCBUY services. WTCBUY may update this agreement from time to time. Updated terms become effective after publication on the platform, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated version.
Important Notice
Before clicking to agree or completing registration, please carefully read and fully understand all terms, especially terms involving exemption or limitation of liability, applicable law, jurisdiction, service restrictions, fees, logistics risk, after-sales limits, and important business notices.
This User Registration Agreement includes the WTCBUY Service Agreement, WTCBUY Service Terms, Privacy Statement, product restrictions, logistics rules, and other platform rules published by WTCBUY. Any service dispute between you and WTCBUY should be handled according to these documents and the latest applicable platform notices.
I. User Confirmation and Acceptance
WTCBUY provides electronic services through its website, mobile pages, and related service channels. After you complete the registration process and agree to this agreement, you become a registered WTCBUY user.
By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to use shopping-agent, forwarding, warehouse, payment, and logistics services, and that you can independently bear the legal responsibilities arising from your use of those services.
This agreement is binding on both you and WTCBUY unless replaced by a later agreement or platform rule. Published amendments replace the previous version from the effective date shown by the platform.
II. WTCBUY Merchant Services
1. Product Search and Display
To help users shop from third-party marketplaces, WTCBUY may display product links, seller information, images, prices, and product descriptions from platforms such as Taobao, 1688, Weidian, and other sources. These products are supplied by independent sellers. WTCBUY is not the seller, manufacturer, owner, or quality guarantor of those goods.
2. Purchasing Agency and Forwarding Services
For purchasing-agent services, WTCBUY assists with order submission, seller communication, payment handling, warehouse receiving, product checking where possible, and subsequent delivery arrangements according to your instructions and platform rules.
For forwarding and international delivery, WTCBUY may provide available route options or recommend third-party logistics providers. You choose the carrier or route, pay the required product fees, domestic shipping, international freight, service fees, and any other charges shown on the platform, and you accept the risks of the selected route.
3. Purchase and Forwarding Disclaimer
WTCBUY cannot review every third-party seller, product, service, quality claim, authenticity claim, safety issue, or legality issue. WTCBUY does not guarantee the quality, authenticity, suitability, legality, or performance of third-party goods or services.
To support smooth delivery, WTCBUY may take special handling steps for sensitive goods, customs-risk goods, uninspected goods, fragile goods, customized products, deposit orders, sealed media products, and goods from unreliable sellers. Users should read all related risk notices before submitting orders.
4. Return and Exchange Policy
WTCBUY provides purchasing-agent services rather than direct retail sales. Return and exchange requests must comply with seller rules, marketplace rules, warehouse time limits, packaging standards, and product condition requirements. Some products may not support return or exchange.
5. Forwarding Agreement and Inspection Rules
You are responsible for understanding international prohibited goods, restricted goods, customs rules, carrier rules, and destination-country requirements before submitting parcels. WTCBUY may inspect and sign for packages according to forwarding and delivery rules. Non-compliant packages may be rejected, separated, returned, or otherwise handled according to platform policy.
6. Domestic and International Returns
Domestic returns generally apply only to mainland China seller returns. If an international package is returned due to customs action, security check failure, incorrect address, incomplete address, delivery failure, restricted goods, or recipient issue, the user may need to pay redelivery, return, or handling fees.
7. Delivery Delay Insurance and Compensation
If a route includes delivery-time protection or insurance, compensation follows the published route standard and the logistics provider's claim rules. Delays caused by customs, weather, government actions, strikes, emergencies, carrier disruptions, or other force majeure events may be excluded from compensation.
8. Package Insurance and Compensation
If a package is lost or damaged and valid insurance was purchased, compensation depends on the insured value, evidence, route rules, claim period, and insurer decision. Prohibited items, false declarations, unsuitable packaging, or non-compliant goods may void insurance or compensation.
9. Package Receipt and After-Sales Service
Normal package receipt usually marks the end of delivery. Please inspect the package immediately after signing. If an issue appears, keep photos, videos, waybill information, and other evidence, then contact WTCBUY customer service within the valid period.
Additional fees for re-delivery, remote delivery, return, relocation, or extended handling should be paid within the time limit shown in platform or customer-service notices. If payment is not completed, service progress may be delayed or deducted from available account balance according to platform rules.
III. International Logistics Restrictions
- Sensitive goods such as oils, lotions, lubricants, batteries, adhesives, liquids, powders, and similar items may be removed, separated, or refused.
- Branded products, food, drugs, electronic components, and customs-sensitive products may face customs risk. Users bear the resulting customs, seizure, delay, tax, penalty, or delivery risk.
- For electronics, cards, tickets, models, sealed products, and similar goods, WTCBUY can only inspect appearance and completeness where possible. Quality-related claims may not be supported.
- Fragile or irregular goods may be damaged in transit even if they appear intact before shipment. Users should select suitable packing and route options.
- Customized goods and deposit orders carry seller-specific risks. Users should confirm seller rules before submitting payment.
- Goods from low-rated, unreliable, or non-deposit sellers may carry delivery, refund, and after-sales risk.
IV. Non-Liability for Certain Delivery Issues
WTCBUY is not responsible for loss, shortage, damage, delay, confiscation, or return caused by non-WTCBUY reasons, including but not limited to:
- Force majeure events, customs actions, policy changes, carrier disruption, or destination-country controls.
- Items violating legal restrictions, customs rules, carrier rules, product quantity limits, or route requirements.
- Packages with intact exterior packaging but missing or damaged contents.
- Delivery confirmed by signature, delivery scan, proof of receipt, or equivalent recipient confirmation.
- User error, inaccurate declaration, incomplete address, recipient refusal, unpaid fees, unsuitable goods, or unsuitable packaging.
- Failure to submit a claim, evidence, or inquiry within the valid period.
V. Prohibited Items
Users must not submit goods prohibited by national laws, export controls, import controls, destination-country rules, customs standards, postal rules, carrier rules, or WTCBUY platform policies. Prohibited goods may include dangerous substances, firearms, controlled drugs, counterfeit goods, obscene materials, currency, infectious goods, perishable goods, live animals, and items that may harm public safety or transport equipment.
VI. Agreement Updates and User Obligations
WTCBUY may update platform rules, fees, route availability, storage standards, product restrictions, privacy rules, and after-sales policies according to service needs, marketplace changes, carrier rules, customs requirements, legal updates, or risk-control decisions. Users should review the latest rules before submitting orders or parcels.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WTCBUY is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, unachieved business opportunities, sentimental value, or consequential damages caused by use of the service, seller disputes, product issues, logistics risks, customs action, or carrier delay.
If you do not accept this agreement or any updated term, you should stop using WTCBUY services. Continued use after publication of updates means you accept the latest agreement.
