2. Customs Policies

3. Professional Inspection Limits

For electronics, branded goods, tickets, cards, sealed products, and comparable items, WTCBUY can only check visible appearance, quantity, and basic completeness when possible. Internal performance, authenticity, quality defects, and professional functions cannot be guaranteed.

4. Fragile Items

Ceramics, glassware, irregularly shaped items, windshield wipers, shock absorbers, and other fragile or special-shape goods may be damaged during domestic or international transportation. WTCBUY can confirm visible condition before shipment, but logistics-classified fragile damage is normally borne by the user.
