We value your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, share, and protect personal information when you use the WTCBUY App, website, shopping agent, warehouse, and international logistics services.
1. Information We Collect
Account information, including your email address, username, nickname, profile image, login credentials, and account identifiers.
When you sign in with Apple, Google, or Discord, we may receive your account identifier, email address, and public profile information. We do not receive your third-party account password.
Contact and delivery information, including your name, phone number, email address, country, region, city, street address, postal code, and recipient details.
Order information, including product links, names, specifications, quantities, prices, notes, shopping cart, favorites, browsing history, unpaid orders, and after-sales records.
Warehouse and logistics information, including parcel weight, dimensions, quality inspection images, parcel images, shipping routes, tracking numbers, declarations, and delivery status.
Payment information, including payment method, amount, currency, transaction status, refunds, and wallet records. Stripe or the relevant payment provider normally processes sensitive payment credentials. WTCBUY does not store your complete card number or card security code.
User content, including customer service conversations, order messages, feedback, suggestions, and images you choose to upload.
Device and usage information, including device type, operating system, App version, language, currency, network status, feature usage, crash reports, and error logs.
2. How We Use Information
Create, verify, secure, and manage your account.
Process shopping agent orders, DIY orders, forwarding, warehouse handling, and international delivery.
Process payments, wallet top-ups, refunds, commissions, and withdrawals.
Provide customer service, order consultation, messages, and feedback handling.
Prevent fraud, account abuse, illegal product transactions, and other security risks.
We do not sell your personal information or use camera images, photos, conversations, or payment information for unauthorized advertising tracking.
3. Camera, Photos, and Clipboard
Camera access is used only when you actively take a photo for product search, your profile, feedback, a custom photo request, or a DIY order.
Photo access is used only to select or save images you actively choose. WTCBUY does not upload other photos without your authorization.
On the Home, Cart, Orders, and User Center pages, the App may read clipboard text to identify supported product links locally. Clipboard text is not sent to WTCBUY unless you tap View Product; unrelated clipboard content is ignored.
4. How We Share Information
We may share only the information necessary to provide your requested service with the following recipients:
- Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, banks, and other payment providers.
- Shopping platforms, sellers, purchasing personnel, warehouses, and quality inspection personnel.
- International carriers, customs clearance providers, and last-mile delivery providers.
- Apple, Google, Discord, and other sign-in providers you actively choose.
- Cloud hosting, content delivery, email, analytics, error monitoring, and technical support providers.
5. Cross-Border Data Processing
Because WTCBUY provides cross-border shopping, warehouse, and international shipping services, order, recipient, contact, and logistics information may be processed outside your country or region.
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls, contractual protections, and appropriate technical measures, in accordance with applicable law.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide services, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Order, payment, refund, logistics, and financial records may be retained for longer where required by tax, accounting, anti-fraud, or other applicable laws. Information is deleted or anonymized when the applicable retention period ends.

7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, withdraw consent, restrict certain processing, or submit a complaint.
You may submit a request through WTCBUY online customer service or by emailing support@wtcbuy.com. We may verify your identity before processing a request to protect your account.
8. Security and Changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, authentication, server safeguards, and data backups.
We may update this Policy when our business, technology, or legal obligations change. For material changes, we will provide notice through an App announcement, pop-up, email, or another prominent method and obtain consent again where required by law.
